Countless suffragists and activists from Alice Paul to Fannie Lou Hamer to Dolores Huerta have fought for voting rights since the early 20th century. In acknowledgment of the continued fight for voter equity, the Women’s Caucus for Art of Greater Washington, DC (WCADC) presents the second “Why I Vote” exhibition.
This exhibition at Compass Gallery will be open from November 1 through November 26. Open to the public Monday - Thursday 9-3pm; Friday 9-5pm; Sunday 9-4pm.
